Our heartfelt congratulations to all 125 winners of the Nurses’ Merit Award this year! Started in 1976, the award celebrates nurses who have displayed noteworthy and exceptional performance, as well as contributed to the development of the nursing profession. Recipients come from various care settings, and include the community care sector, private hospitals, statutory board and public healthcare institutions.
The past 18 months have definitely not been easy. Despite the challenges, we thank you for holding the fort and displaying courage to care for the nation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Your selfless resolve and determination have inspired all of us.
